Role Overview
As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in building scalable data pipelines, transforming raw talent and labor market data into meaningful, structured formats for analysis and product consumption. You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to drive intelligent decision-making across our platform.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
- Work with large-scale databases to clean, process, and normalize talent-related datasets.
- Integrate third-party APIs and enrich internal data sets.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to prepare data for analytics and ML modeling.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement data quality checks, logging, and validation frameworks.
- Contribute to data architecture decisions and documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and data wrangling libraries (e.g., Pandas).
- Proficiency with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Luigi).
